Villa Filira is built in the location Achladies at 300m distance from
the beach. It has studios that can accommodate between two and five
people. All studios have either balcony or veranda with garden view, en
suite, double bed, TV, air condition and organised kitchen. There is
parking space on site. The town of Skiathos is 3km away. Visitors
without their own transportation can catch the bus or boat to Skiathos
at close distance from the villa.
 Η βίλλα Φιλύρα είναι χτισμένη στην περιοχή των Αχλαδιών, σε απόσταση μόλις 300μ από την αμμουδιά. Διαθέτει στούντιο κατάλληλα να φιλοξενήσουν δύο έως πέντε άτομα. Όλα έχουν μπαλκόνι ή βεράντα με θέα στον κήπο, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, διπλό κρεβάτι, τηλεόραση, κλιματιστικό καθώς και οργανωμένη κουζίνα. Στο χώρο του καταλύματος υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης. Η χώρα της Σκιάθου βρίσκεται στα τρία χιλιόμετρα μακριά και αν ο επισκέπτης δεν έχει όχημα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιήσει το λεωφορείο ή πλωτό μέσω που περνάνε σε κοντινή απόσταση.

have air conditions and 42” TVs. The kitchen is fully organised and
functional. Internet is available throughout the house.

Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται το σαλόνι, η κουζίνα και το μπάνιο ενώ στον πάνω όροφο τα δυο υπνοδωμάτια και η άνετη βεράντα. Κλιματιστικά υπάρχουν εντός και τον δύο δωματίων όπως και τηλεόραση 42”. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως οργανωμένη και λειτουργική. Ίντερνετ υπάρχει σε όλους τους χώρους της κατοικίας.
